Light debris, such as drywall, trim, cabinets and packaging, is priced by the cubic yard just like household junk. Heavy materials, such as concrete, dirt, rock, tile and roofing, are priced by weight and may cost more. Either way, we give you one exact price on-site before we start.
For homeowners and contractors
We work with homeowners finishing a project and with contractors who need a job site cleared between phases. Tell us your schedule and we'll work around it, Monday through Saturday.

No, we can take items from anywhere on your property. But if you move your items outside to the curb or driveway before we arrive, you get 20% off your price.
Do you take concrete and dirt?
Yes, in many cases. Heavy materials such as concrete, dirt, rock and roofing are priced by weight, so we quote them on-site. Call us to check your load.
Is this cheaper than renting a dumpster?
For many small and medium projects, yes, because you only pay for the space you use and we do the loading. We give you the exact price before we start, so you can compare.
Can you pick up from an active job site?
Yes. We can clear job sites for contractors and work around your schedule, Monday through Saturday.
What can't you take?
