How furniture and appliance removal works
Call, text or book online and tell us what needs to go. We come out for a free on-site estimate, look at your items and measure how much space they will take in our truck. You approve one exact price, and we carry everything out, from any room in the house, upstairs or downstairs.
There is no need to drag a heavy sofa to the curb or wrestle a refrigerator down the stairs. Our crew handles the lifting, protects doorways and floors, and sweeps up before we leave.
What happens to your old furniture
When furniture is still in usable condition, we set it aside for donation where local charities accept it. Metal appliances are sent for recycling whenever possible. Everything else is disposed of responsibly at licensed facilities.
Items with an additional surcharge
Some items carry an additional disposal surcharge. Refrigerators, freezers and air conditioning units contain refrigerant (Freon) that has to be removed by a certified facility before they can be recycled. Washers, dryers and TVs also need special handling. We always tell you about any surcharge during the estimate, before any work starts.

Are there extra fees for appliances or TVs?
Yes. Refrigerators, freezers and AC units (which contain Freon), as well as washers, dryers and TVs, carry an additional disposal surcharge. We tell you the full price during the free estimate.
Can you remove furniture from upstairs?
Yes. We remove items from any floor, basement or attic. Tell us about stairs or tight spaces when you book so we bring the right crew.
Do I need to move items outside?
No, we can take items from any room. But if you move your items outside to the curb or driveway before we arrive, you get 20% off your price.
Do I need to be home?
Not if your items are outside. For curbside pickups, we look at your items, call you with the exact price and, once you approve, haul everything away. We then text or email you a secure link so you can pay online. If your items are inside, someone needs to be home to let us in.
